CDCS unbundling project implementation and policy changes

Effective Feb. 1, 2025, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) will start the rolling implementation of the consumer directed community supports (CDCS) services unbundling project. This project will more accurately categorize goods and services in eight categories instead of four. The CDCS unbundling project will not change people’s budgets.
