Aging and disability adult consumer survey (NCI-AD) 2022-2023 National Report

NCI-AD is a collaboration of Human Services Research Institute (HSRI), National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities (NASUAD), and participating states. The project is a voluntary data collection effort by State Medicaid, aging, and disability agencies to measure and track their own performance, as well as being able to benchmark against other states' performance. The 2022-2023 survey has a brand-new module focused on outcomes for people who use self-directed supports.
