Judge partially blocks NY health department's CDPAP transition

Federal judge issues temporary restraining order partially blocking New York's Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) reorganization, allowing existing Fiscal Intermediaries (FI) to continue serving clients who have not yet registered with the new single FI vendor.
