As the year draws to a close, we are taking time to reflect on what has been an unusual and challenging year. In the face of unprecedented adversity, our members played a critical role in supporting the over 1.2 million people self-directing in our country to be safe at home during the pandemic. We want to thank our members for their steadfast dedication and perseverance.
